Actress, dancer, choreographer, acting coach, and movement consultant, Nico Lagarde has developed expertise, unique knowledge, and a luminous presence that leaves a lasting impression. Having been involved in the world of the arts from a young age, having established a career in classical and contemporary dance, Nico quickly turned to theater. She studied at Jacques Lecoq’s Actor Studio, under Pol Pelletier, where she cultivated her talents and aspirations as a performer. Her numerous appearances on the stage and on television have revealed her as an astonishing, physical, and deeply sensitive actress. She carries TRAFFIQUÉE on her shoulders and delivers a nuanced performance in SOUFFLEUR DE VERRE. Recent TV appearances include DÉSOBÉIR, LES MOMENTS PARFAITS, LES RÉVOLTÉS. She also works in English on highly popular shows such as THE BOLD TYPE and TRANSPLANT.
